What is a Payday Advance?
YPAC provides payday advances in amounts between $100 and
$500 (dependant upon your net income). A payday advance is a
personal loan that is advanced to you until your
next payday (Per MO State Regulations an advance must be contracted for a
minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 31 days.) Early payment options
are available. Most advances are issued the same day as applied for.
Qualifications to obtain a payday advance:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Be citizen of the United States of
America.
- Have a valid Drivers License/Government
Issued ID and Social Security number.
- Be actively employed in your current job
for at least 3 months.
- Have a net income of at
least $1,000 per month.

bankruptcy activities.

What is the cost of a payday advance?
Rates tend to fluctuate in the payday lending industry. However; YPAC is proud to state that our rates have consistently been below the average mean for payday lenders in the State of Missouri and we will match the advertised rate of any payday lender in Jefferson County Missouri. Please call 636 467-5447 for our current low rates.
What if something occurs where I will not be able to pay on the due date?
Should an emergency arise where the funds for your check
will not be available on the due date, it is imperative that you come in
to the store by 4pm of the due date to discuss your situation. At that time we will discuss the use of a
process referred to as a renewal.
Conditions of Renewals
As stated above YPAC strongly recommends that renewals be limited to
emergency situations only. Renewals will cause you to accrue additional fees, making your advance
considerably more costly and future advances less desirable. Missouri State law requires that all
renewals be conducted in person and in writing and that a new advance cannot be issued by YPAC until the original is paid in full. YPAC’s policy is
that 20% of the original principal, plus all outstanding fees, must be paid by
either cash, a Cashier’s Check or Money Order prior to issuing a renewal. Renewals will be limited to
three maximum for
any advance. Many advance companies do not offer renewals!
Non-Payment of payday loan advances from YPAC
In order for YPAC to maintain our low rates, and in fairness
to our paying customers, YPAC will use all legal methods available to collect
non-paid funds. Failure to pay as contracted can result in fees up to a maximum of $75 per $100 plus litigation
fees. YPAC sincerely hopes that we never have to take these measures with our clients.
